Yes, veily.co operations are currently continuing. However, our delivery times may take a little longer than usual due to pandemic restrictions in some countries.

Double-check your expected delivery date under Account, Orders before getting in touch or use the tracking number sent to you. Please bare in mind this date is an estimate and some deliveries may take longer. We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Depending on the shipping option you chose and manufacturer. At check-out we have shown estimated delivery time for each option.

Yes, we take every measure to make sure transactions occur securely. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt all of our pages and information transmitted through our site. Additionally, payment service providers take their own extra measures to ensure all transactions are performed in a secure way.

You can easily and conveniently browse through veily.co and add any product you like to the cart. Once you are ready to confirm your order, you can proceed to check-out by viewing your cart to make sure the list is correct and then you can securely pay for your order.

You may be able to cancel an order before it is shipped by logging into your account and view your orders and make necessary amendments or cancellation, so the quicker you proceed to cancel your order, the better chance you have it can be cancelled. If you ordered as a guest, please contact us to address your request.

No, although we recommend to create an account, if you already don’t have one, so that you can manage your orders conveniently.

To track the status of your order:
1. We will email you tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Alternatively, you may see tracking information in your account, if you have created one.

At the moment, we don’t do returns. However, if you are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded. Please check Refund Policy for details.
